In a rapidly changing, and growing, consulting market, the ways consultants are matched against assignments has stood still.
Search processes still rely on manually updated databases with fuzzy keywords, free text searches of CVs uploaded years ago, or frantic browsing of LinkedIn. Followed by endless outreaches over phone, inmail and email trying to chase down someone who is approximately right, and available.
