The Data Analytics Engineering department comprises specialized teams focused on Data Infrastructure Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Management.
As a Data Analytics Engineer, you'll play a central role in building and optimizing the organization's supporting analytics layer, collaborating across the bank. This role offers broad opportunities to grow and make a tangible impact.

Main tasks:
- Design and implement efficient data models, focusing on analytics workflows and end-user usability.
- Build robust and scalable data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Risk, Finance, Collections, Marketing and IT, to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
- Deliver in our top prioritized projects and new markets, such as migration project and new products.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the analytics lifecycle.
- Drive technical improvements, introducing modern tools and processes to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Partner with other engineers to align transformation processes for analytics purposes.

For this role you’ll need:
- Work experience in a similar role.
- An related academic technical degree.
- Proficiency in ETL processes, designing analytics ready datasets, and ensuring clean and usable data for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Databricks, dbt (SQL), python and related reporting tools and languages.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Strong English skills, with proficiency in Swedish and/or Norwegian.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience with Microsoft’s data stack (Azure, SQL, and other cloud services).
- A background in data roles within the financial sector.
- Experience from migrations project.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
